LDAP Authentication had been enabled and working with no problems for several months - then suddenly regular users were not able to login, and instead received this error:
- The login module is not correctly configured. See the iDashboards error logs for more information. (Invalid authMode)
Users were able to login through LDAP auth to iDashboards but are now unable to do so.
The problem is due to the fact that the password for the LDAP Service Account set to authenticate AD Credentials has expired. Refreshing the password for the Service Account will resolve this and once again allow user to access iDashboards.
