The “Max Rows Exceeded” message is displayed in order to warn the viewer that there are more rows in the database than the chart can display. This setting is limited in the iDashboards Administrator console. iDashboards allows the user to edit the number of rows retrieved by a chart. This document explains how to edit the “Maximum chart data rows” setting.
On the Cloud versions of iDashboards the ‘Maximum chart data rows / Non Pivot’ is always set to the allowable maximum of 1000 and for ‘Maximum chart data rows / With Pivot’ is always set to the allowable maximum of 3000.
