While trying to access the iDashboards application (evaluation version or production version), the user is able to view the iDashboards Admin console but not the iDashboards User console. The User console opens with a blank screen.
The iDashboards user application (client) is a Flash based application and it requires a minimum Flash version of 10.0.22.87 or higher installed on the browser in order to view this user interface. The Admin application on the other hand does not require Flash as it is HTML-based.
Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
1. Make sure the web browser being used supports the Adobe Flash Player plug-in version 10.0.22.87 or higher. You can check your current installed flash version by going to:
The Adobe Flash Player can be installed from the below Adobe site:
2. Make sure that your browser security settings allow Flash 'cookies'. On IE9:
Tools -> 'Manage Add-Ons' -> Show: 'All add ons' -> 'Toolbars and Extensions' -> under 'Adobe Systems Incorporated' -> enable 'Shockwave Flash Object'.
Try accessing the User application again.
Go into the Gear icon -> Developer Tools a bar should show up and on the bar look for the Document Mode icon. If the number is less than 9 iDashboards by default wont load. If by default your IE is running in a lower version of IE please open a case with support.
