iDashboards by default, can assign individual colors to columns but not to rows.
This article describes a method for assigning a color to an individual row while displaying the description on the X-Axis.
To assign a color to an individual row, for each row in your dataset, place the value for that row into a unique column.
Next, zero out the other columns for that row.
NOTE: the column names A, B, C, D, E do not matter if you hide the legend.
Create the chart with the normal five-step process:
Step 1: Input user friendly labels. In X-Axis Label, type Name, In Y-Axis Label, type A. (Repeat to create Y-Axes for B, C, D,and E)
Step 2: select the Chart Data Source
Step 3: For Table, View or Stored Procedure, select the table or Named Range if the Chart Data Source is an Excel file.
Step 4: map your data columns to the user friendly labels entered in Step 1
Step 5: Choose Column Chart on the left and Stacked Column on the right
The resulting chart will looks like this
To change the colors, right-click Chart Properties, select the Colors tab, then select Axis Colors in the left hand column. Click a color to change it.
